摘要： 目的观察耳穴疗法在老年高血压病病人心脏康复中的作用及临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2016年12月上海中医药大学附属龙华医院住院部及门诊部收治的老年原发性高血压病人123例，分为对照组（61例）与治疗组（62例）。对照组病人给予常规标准西药治疗，治疗组病人在西医治疗常规上加用中医耳穴疗法，每穴按压10 min，每日自行按压3次，每周更换1次，双耳交替。两组均以1周为1个疗程，共治疗4个疗程，疗程间休息1 d。结果治疗组降压疗效总有效率为91.9%，明显高于对照组的73.8%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组收缩压、舒张压、中医证候积分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论中医耳穴联合西药治疗老年原发性高血压，可明显降低血压，同时能有效降低中医证候积分，提高临床疗效。

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of auricular therapy of cardiac rehabilitation for elderly patients with hypertension.MethodsOne hundred and twenty-three patients with essential hypertension admitted to inpatient units and outpatient clinics of Longhua Hospital,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into treatment group(n＝62)and control group(n＝61)from January 2016 to December 2016.Patients in the control group were treated with standard western medicine.Patients in the control group were treated with auricular therapy combined with standard western medicine.Each acupoint was pressed for ten minutes ,three times a day,and was alternatively treated once each week.They were treated for four courses,with an interval of one day between the courses.ResultsFor the anti-hypertensive effect,the total efficiency of the treatment group is 91.9%,and the total efficiency of the control group is 73.8%;the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,and TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with auricular acupoints in the treatment of senile essential hypertension can significantly reduce blood pressure,reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve clinical efficacy.
